What we most long for—unconditional acceptance, comfort, and love—has always been within us

Ways We Can Work Together

We live in a world that pathologizes pain and equates worth with productivity. In our work together, I offer a space to slow down and explore ways of feeling, thinking, and relating that aren't driven by urgency or avoidance, but by curiousity and care. The aim is to make life feel a little lighter and more manageable, while still living with thought and intention. That means challenging internalized narratives that do not align, expanding your capacity to sit with discomfort, and strengthening your self-trust. All of your uncertainty, contradictions, and silence are welcome here.

I support adults navigating the complex experiences of being children of immigrants, neurodivergent, and part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Available virtually or in person on Sundays.

Individual Therapy

Hands in couples therapy, showing closeness, intimacy, trust, connection after conflict

My work with couples is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when both partners are emotionally and physically safe, and when there is a shared commitment to the relationship. I support those who want to be curious and intentional about how they relate to one another in their relationship. This includes partners who are committed to staying together and seek support in areas such as communication, identity, intimacy, and intercultural and values-based differences, rather than navigating crises.

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. Together, these frameworks help us better understand your emotional patterns, reduce reactivity, and develop more intimate and meaningful ways of finding repair. I support those in intercultural, LGBTQIA+, open, and/or non monogamous relationships.

I currently have a waitlist for new couples therapy cases. Please feel free to email me if you’d like to join the waitlist or would like a referral to another professional.

Couples Therapy

Therapy is not about fixing you because you are not defective. I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing lens to help you build self-trust and acceptance. I believe in meeting clients where they are, not where they “should” be. Together, we will explore shame, self-judgment, and survival strategies shaped by culture, caregivers, and systems. You are the expert in your own experience; my role is to hold space for the complexity of that truth and help build the self-trust to reclaim control of your life.

Instead of asking “What is wrong with me?”, I will challenge you to reflect on “What has happened to you? How did it affect you? What sense did you make of it? What did you do to survive it? How do you want to live differently now?”.

I lean on modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) , Somatic Experiencing, Compassion-Focused, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Emotions-Focused (EFT), Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory Therapy.
